smartKBO includes a full payroll system and ensures all communication with employees, with NAV Wage Guarantee, and with Altinn.

All data about the company prior to the opening of bankruptcy is available to you the moment the estate is opened. This includes all roles within the company, all history, all shareholders, and for example, the accounts for the past three years. Creditors and claims are registered in the program, making it easy to communicate with creditors. In addition, the program generates many different claims reports.

smartKBO also includes a complete accounting system where you automatically generate bankruptcy status, accounts as of a specific date, final accounts, and distributions. Termination letters, reports, and more are of course produced automatically.

All generated reports are easily accessible in the program for possible forwarding or as an archive for future reference.
